Through culinary courses, we enable you to experience delicious food that is good for you. Whether you are experienced or just beginning, our classes can help take your cooking expertise to the next level, offering simple and healthy recipes that are easy to recreate at home.
Designed by board certified nutrition and medical experts and a health-minded culinary team, we provide classes that include information about how certain foods and nutrients work to promote optimal health.
Our classes include printed recipes and handouts. To allow for personalized instruction, classes are limited to 50 participants. All you need to bring is your appetite for learning and fun.

Healing Touch for Self-Care is offered by Ann O'Malley, R.N., CHTP/I, at the Wellness House in Hinsdale the 2nd Monday of every month from 9:30-11am. The program offers free support to those with cancer and their family and friends. Please call 630-323-5150 to register. |
The Chicagoland Healing Touch Alliance Clinic at the Cancer Institute at Alexian Brothers in Elk Grove Village offers free sessions provided by students in the Healing Touch program under the supervision of Ann O'Malley, R.N., CHTP/I, and other certified practitioners. Appointments are scheduled for the 2nd and 4th Thursdays every month at either 7:15 or 8:15 pm. Please call Ann at 630-674-8040 to schedule. |
