Krista Soli, B.A., L.M.T., is a certified, licensed massage therapist and a member of the American Massage Therapy Association. Krista received her degree in massage therapy from the National University of Health Science in Lombard, Illinois. She also received a Bachelor of Arts degree in Holistic Human Development from East Carolina University in Greenville, North Carolina.

Krista is trained in many techniques, including Swedish, deep tissue, sports massage, orthopedic, and trigger point therapy. She tailors each massage therapy session to individual client needs, specializing in pain management, chronic injury and deep relaxation.
